My lab report is about if the chicken is effected by how much Flour you put on them or how much cooking oil you put into the pot or the size of the piece of chicken.
1.) dip chicken in flour make sure theirs a enough on the chicken completely.
2.) apply cooking oil inside the pan making sure theirs enough other wise the chicken won’t be well done like my first trail.
3.)Let the chicken cook for 8 mins, remove from the pot
It’s supposed to be like a lightbrown with a lil red spots that’s how you know it’s cook. But it’s a limit
To how many pieces of chicken you put into the pot or otherwise they’ll burn then you’ll have to start
All the way over starting timer over.
The boneless chicken had been Cooked regularly around the normal time to see if the second and rest
of the trials actually looked very successful as the first trial did really and also watching the color
Change while it’s cooking in the cooking oil flipping it from side to side also making sure the sides
Are looking the same and also well done but the two other trials weren’t like the first one because I
I added less flour to see if that would really effected it and it did. It had a very watery taste you
Couldn’t taste any of the spices or lemon spices in the chicken.
