MANI'S CHOCOLATE MADNESS FACTORY

I decided to try out how the amount of eggs, while having a even amount of cake mix change up the physical appearance. When I tested this experiment It was not what I was expecting at all. Going through the process was a little challenging because I was not expecting the outcome that came out from it all. I had three sets of cakes one had one egg, the other cake had three eggs, and the last cake had no eggs. Then they all had 1 cup of water, and ½ cup of oil. Personally I did not think the cake with one egg was going to be the one that turned out to look like brownies. When I did the first cake with three eggs the mixture was really watery that looked like hot chocolate, the second cake with one egg the mixture was very thick with a dark brown color, and the last cake with no egg mixture it was very liquid and was dark chocolate. First cake came out fluffy, second cake came out looking like brownies, and the last cake came out mushy. Since oil is non polar it didn’t even out the cakes really well they all had different attractions which was caused by the cakes having different amount of eggs. since eggs was the independent variable in this experiment it played a big roll in the outcomes. eggs hold down the mixture together. the eggs are used for light air texture that makes the color of the cakes more rich that have flavor, that is why I wanted to try the different amount of eggs out to see how they will change if it do not have the right amount of eggs it needs in the ingredients for the cake to come out perfect. in all the end it was a fun experiment to do!
